I wanted to leave you with a quick note on how great our experience at Warners' Stellian in Apple Valley was. My husband and I went into the Apple Valley store just to see what appliances were out there. Immediately when we walked in Chris Auna greeted us and was our personal sales associate until we left. I needed a new refrigerator for immediate delivery in Roseville (since I live primarily in Phoenix), and your excellent Appliance Specialist Liz Lyman found the right one that I wanted, at a great price, and we completed the purchase in less than 10 minutes. It will be delivered in perfect time. Yesterday, another retailer, said they had 10 of them in stock when I called, so I asked the sales rep to take my credit card and I'd be there in a few hours. He said they don't take credit card orders over the phone. (Not correct) When I then went there, I was told their stock had just gone to zero. Bummer. I wanted to tell you about the outstanding service I received from your internet salesperson, Mark. I was actually prompted by a Sears (gasp!) newspaper sale ad to look into a new dryer, and I checked out your website to do some comparisons. Since I had a few questions, I called the number listed on your website, and I'm so glad that I did. Mark answered my questions thoroughly, and then he asked, "Would you like some help in selecting your dryer?" He was so helpful that I decided to purchase my dryer from him right then and there and to forget about Sears. My interaction with him reminded me why my family continues to shop at Warners' Stellian. The prices were competitive with Sears, but that isn't really the issue. Mark helped me get exactly what I needed, he didn't try to pressure me to buy bells and whistles that I didn't need, and he saved me the time of dragging my husband to the store! I should also add that I don't usually purchase service plans at other stores, but I did buy a two-year plan on Mark's recommendation because I trust your company and I trust him. I have to tell you what a great experience I had working with Jackie in the Rochester store. After working with her I won't ever get applicances from any other organization - it's Warner Stellian from now on. The repairman came this afternoon to tell us we need a new compressor for our 6 year old refrigerator to the tune of about $750 and we couldn't get it repaired for at least a week. After the death of a 5-year old expensive Kenmore refrigerator, my husband and I decided to shop anew (our tradition was always to buy at Sears). I am limited to a space of 56" and nothing more for the washer and dryer, short of knocking out a wall. I called your store in Maple Grove and asked if they had anything that would fit in that space and of course I also wanted something that was high efficiency.
