Warners’ Stellian is a family owned and operated appliance retailer based out of St. Paul, Minnesota. For more than 30 years the company has worked to establish a solid foundation for success by offering the best products available and making sure every customer receives exceptional service from sale to delivery.
Our thoughtfully designed “brick and mortar” stores feature working kitchen vignettes where you can “try before you buy”. The same thoughtfulness has been applied to our online storefront which features a selection of over 30 brands with innovative products in all the latest styles, colors and price ranges.

How do I look up a product or category on the Warners’ Stellian website?
The appliances on our website have been organized in a number of ways in order to help simplify your search process. If you are looking for a particular appliance, select Shop by Appliance for the best shopping results. Browsing through the Shop by Lifestyle and Shop by Brand categories can also help narrow down your search. Another option is to type in keywords or a model number into the website search field (located in the upper left hand corner of the website). The search results will display any or all products that contain the same word(s) as those you typed into the search box. For an even more specific search, use the Advanced Product Search feature.
Can I purchase any item even if it isn’t available for sale online?
If the product you are looking for is not available on our website, call us at (877) 431-2100 for assistance. We are able to special order products from over 40 major appliance brands! Some products listed online are available for purchase in-person only through our stores or over the phone (these items are noted with a “Call to Buy” button). You may also send your inquiries and product requests to us via e-mail and a sales associate will respond to you within 24 hours.
What if the product I am looking for is not listed on your website?
We continually strive to offer the best selection of brand name appliances in our stores and online. If you can’t find the product you’re looking for, simply call (877) 431-2100 and speak with one of our knowledgeable appliance specialists. We can order directly from our local distributors to meet your needs.
How can I track my order?
If you recently placed an order at WarnersStellian.com, a confirmation e-mail, including the tracking information for your order should have been sent to you shortly after your purchase. Depending on the shipping method you selected at the time of checkout, your tracking number should have been sent to you either from UPS or Custom Global Logistics. Use the appropriate links on the Track Your Order page to find specific information about the shipment of your package (you will need to have your tracking number available in order to do this).
At what point in the order process is my credit card charged?
The charge for your purchase is automatically applied to your credit card as soon as you submit your order. Within 30 minutes of placing your order you should receive a payment confirmation e-mail outlining the charges placed on your credit card. In the case that your product is backordered and you wish to cancel your order, the charges on your card can be refunded. How do you the calculate sales tax on my order?
Warners’ Stellian does not collect tax on any item purchased and delivered outside of the Minnesota and Wisconsin state regions. Sales tax for Minnesota and Wisconsin is based on the county in which you take possession of the product. The appropriate tax rate is automatically calculated and applied to your order during the checkout process.
How do you calculate shipping charges on my order?
If you live in and around the twin cities area and your purchase is $499 or more you qualify for FREE metro area delivery. For more specific information about local delivery, see our delivery schedule. For all online purchases, all applicable shipping charges will be calculated for you in the shopping cart and added to your total. Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we do not ship outside of the continental United States.
Do you have a price match guarantee?
Local Retail Competitors
If within 2 weeks of your purchase you find a lower advertised price on an identical item with identical services provided that is in stock at any metro area competitor (i.e. within the Twin Cities market and/or within a reasonable distance of our store), Warners’ Stellian will refund you the difference. Simply bring in the competitor’s ad or contact your sales person with the details. Exclusions apply – see below.
Online Retail Competitors
Warners’ Stellian will match prices of an Internet retailer with a local retail store honoring its own online prices. Warners’ Stellian will not match prices of Internet-only retailers. Web-exclusive prices are also exempt from price matching. Eligible items must be the same brand and model currently for sale and available for delivery from the online competitor. Total price must include all shipping, handling, delivery charges and taxes. Exclusions apply – see below.
