Shipping Methods for Online Orders



1. Free shipping on any single appliance of $1,999 or more

Enjoy free curbside delivery on any single appliance of $1,999 or more! Look for the free shipping icons displayed on qualifying products.

We offer fast and convenient delivery with a transit time of 4-8 business days on all stocked items. A Warners' Stellian representative will contact you by phone prior to delivery. For security purposes, your signature will be required upon receipt of your product(s). In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, there is a minimum rescheduling fee of $50.

Delivieres are made Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Holidays are exempt.

Small items (150 lbs or less) are shipped via UPS Standard Ground:

For security purposes, your signature will be required upon receipt of any product(s) totaling more than $100 in value. In the event that you are absent at the time of your delivery, UPS will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. If at that time you have still not received your package and wish to reschedule shipping, additional charges may be applied to your order.

 


2. Standard shipping available for as low as $79* (per item)


For orders not qualifying for free shipping, enjoy professional delivery of your new appliance(s). We offer fast and convenient delivery with a transit time of 4-8 business days on all stocked items. This service includes curbside/driveway delivery only.

A Warners' Stellian representative will contact you by phone prior to delivery.
For security purposes, your signature will be required upon receipt of your product(s). In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, there is a minimum rescheduling fee of $50.

Shipping charges will be reflected in the shopping cart at time of checkout.

3. White Glove Delivery available upon request*



In-Home Delivery Service
Enjoy professional in-home delivery of your new appliance(s). We offer fast and convenient delivery with a transit time of 4-8 business days on all stocked items. This service includes a two-man delivery to the room of your choice. It also allows you the convenience of specifying a desired delivery time and includes product unpackaging, uncrating and carton removal. Assembly and installation are not included with this service.

*Shipping charges vary based on product weight/size, shipping distance
and required services (i.e. limited access, number of stairs, etc.).

4. Local delivery, Twin Cities metro area - Warners' Stellian delivery truck


Warners' Stellian Delivery Truck
If you live in or around the Twin Cities Metro Area and would like to have your products delivered directly to your home, select the FREE Shipping option in the shopping cart and proceed to check out. If your purchase is $499 or more, there is no shipping charge when you select this method. This delivery service includes bringing the product into your home, setting the products in place and leveling. Free installation is included on some
items but not on all.

If the product you select does not apply for free metro delivery, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart. A Warners’ Stellian representative will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. See the metro delivery schedule for more details.

 

Local deliveries are scheduled for Monday through Saturday between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. 
No Sunday deliveries.

 

 


5. Free shipping on accessories of $50 or more


Accessories - Free ShippingUPS Ground Track is the standard delivery method for all purchases weighing fewer than 75 pounds.

Warners’ Stellian offers FREE UPS Ground shipping for all online orders of parts/accessories that exceed $50. This free shipping offer applies to all orders shipped within the continental United States. Any orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will require special pricing (contact us for a quote). Due to dimensional shipping sizes, certain items may not apply. If the item of your choice does not apply to this shipping offer, shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

6. UPS Next Day Air

For your convenience, UPS Next Day Air is available on any UPS-shippable item. Simply select this shipping method in the Shopping Cart and the additional charge for this service will be added to your order. Any order placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped out on the same day.

In the event that you are absent at the time of your delivery, UPS will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. 7. In-store pickup


If you live in or around the Twin Cities metro area and would like to pick up your item(s) directly from our warehouse, select Pickup from the shipping options in the Shopping Cart and proceed to check out. There is no shipping charge when you select this method.

A Warners' Stellian representative will contact you by phone or by e-mail to arrange a time and place for pickup. If you want to pick up your item(s) at one of our stores, please allow at least one day for the in-stock item to transfer. For your convenience, our warehouse is open for pickup seven days a week. Pickup hours are: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.- 8:30 p.m.; Saturdays 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sundays 12 p.m.- 5 p.m.

To ensure the security of your online purchases, bring a printed copy of your receipt as well as your photo ID when you come to pick up your item. Our warehouse facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.


Additional Information


How do we ship and deliver multiple-piece orders?

You may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not available in our warehouses on the same day.

For example, if you order a refrigerator, a water filter and gift card all on the same day, they will all be shipped separately. The refrigerator will be delivered either by Warners' Stellian Delivery trucks or by our standard common carrier, depending on how it is arranged at the time of sale. The water filter will be sent by UPS and the gift card will arrive in your regular U.S. mail delivery.

All estimated shipping times shown above apply to in-stock products. Orders for out-of-stock product(s) will require additional shipping time. After placing an order, a Warners’ Stellian associate will contact you within one business day either by e-mail or phone to confirm the availability of your product(s) and arrange for shipping. Additional shipping charges may be accessed if any or one of the following apply:

  • If you live outside of our standard delivery area
  • If you live on an island with no access via bridges
  • If you require a Saturday or Sunday delivery and/or a weekday evening delivery (Monday through Friday after 5 p.m.)
