Shipping Methods 1. Nationwide Standard Shipping - $79 per appliance*
Warners’ Stellian offers a nationwide first class shipping option to customers who want the highest level of delivery service. Nationwide Standard Shipping is $79 per appliance for most products (see exceptions below)*. This service allows you the luxury of an in-home, room of choice, two man delivery. It also allows you the convenience of specifying a desired delivery time within the stated delivery schedule. Unpackaging and carton removal are not included in this service. Assembly and installation are not included with this service. *Note: Many items require special handling due to oversize dimensions or weight restrictions. For these items, the cost of nationwide standard shipping may exceed $79.00 per product. All shipping charges are automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart. In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, there is a minimum rescheduling fee of $50. Some major appliances are shipped via UPS ground shipping due to size & weight. If your product is being shipped via UPS please note the following information. For security purposes, your signature will be required upon receipt of any product(s) over $100 value. In the event that you are absent at the time of your delivery, UPS will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. If, at that time, you have still not received your package and wish to reschedule shipping, additional charges may be applied to your order.
2. Nationwide White Glove Shipping - Addtional $100 per order
Nationwide White Glove Shipping offers the same great services as the Standard Shipping service and also includes product unpackaging / uncrating and carton removal. For this added service, there is a cost of $100 per order. This level of service can be selected in the shopping cart and the additonal charges will be reflected at checkout. Assembly and installation are not included with this service. 3. Warners' Stellian Delivery Truck - Twin Cities Metro Area Only
If you live in or around the Twin Cities Metro Area and would like to have your products delivered directly to your home, select the FREE shipping option in the shopping cart and proceed to check-out. If your purchase is $499 or more there is no shipping charge when you select this method. This delivery service includes bringing the product into your home, setting the products in place and leveling. If the product you select does not apply for free metro delivery, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart. A Warners’ Stellian service representative will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. 4. FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all purchases over $50    (major appliances excluded)
UPS Ground Track is the standard delivery method for all purchases weighing less than 75 pounds. Warners’ Stellian offers FREE UPS Ground shipping for all small kitchen appliance purchases and parts/accessory purchases that exceed $50. This free shipping offer applies to all orders shipped within the continental United States. Any orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will require special pricing (contact us for a quote). Due to dimensional shipping sizes, certain items may not apply to this free shipping offer. If the item of your choice does not apply to this shipping offer, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. 5. UPS Next Day Air
For your convenience, UPS Next Day Air is available on any UPS-shippable item. Simply select this shipping method in the shopping cart and the additional charge for this service will be added to your order. Any order placed before 2pm will be shipped out  on the same day. 6. In-Store Pickup
If you live in or around the Twin Cities Metro Area and would like to pick up your order directly from our warehouse, select Pickup from the shipping options in the shopping cart and proceed to check-out. There is no shipping charge when you select this method. Wait to receive your “Ready for Pick Up” e-mail to confirm availability of your product(s) and give you instructions on picking up your item. If you want to pick up your product(s) at one of our stores, please allow at least one day for the in-stock item to transfer. For your convenience, our warehouse is open for pickups 7 days a week. Pickup hours are as follows: Monday through Friday: 8am-9pm; Saturdays: 8am-5pm and Sundays: 12pm-5pm. To ensure the security of your online purchases, bring a printed copy of your receipt as well as your photo ID when you come to pick up your item. Please note that our warehouse facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.
Additional Information
How Do We Ship & Deliver Multiple Piece Orders? You may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not available in our warehouses on the same day. For example: if you order a refrigerator, a water filter and gift card all on the same day, they will all be shipped separately. The refrigerator will be delivered either by Warners' Stellian Delivery trucks or by our standard common carrier, depending on how it is arranged at the time of sale.  The water filter will be sent by UPS and the gift card will arrive in your regular U.S. mail delivery.
