Schedule Your Delivery
Warners' Stellian offers FREE Twin Cities Metro delivery on any purchase over $499. For more information about which cities qualify for FREE metro delivery, see Twin Cities Metro Delivery Schedule. At the time of sale or if requested, your sales associate will help schedule the delivery of your new appliance according to availability. You may also call a Delivery Coordinator at (651) 222-0011 (option 3) between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
When you call to schedule your delivery, be prepared to provide the following information:
- Last name on the order form, zip code and the city of delivery.
- Your order number located on the top left corner of the order form.
- Phone numbers you can be reached at during the day.
- Lock box combination, if required for delivery.
Confirm Delivery Date and Time
You will be called by our automated delivery center the day prior to delivery between 3:00 pm & 7:00 pm with a three hour delivery window. Our drivers can call approximately one hour prior to arrival upon request.
Pleased be advised that our delivery crew is unable to dismantle appliances or make house alterations. Our drivers would appreciate a cleared pathway into and throughout your residence in order to minimize potential damage and for their personal safety. For safety reasons, our drivers are not allowed to remove foot wear at any time throughout the delivery process.
Change Delivery Date and Time:
If the scheduled time of your delivery does not work or you need to change the delivery day, please contact a Delivery Coordinator at (651) 222-0011 (option 3) 48 hours in advance from your scheduled delivery. Your delivery will be rescheduled according to availability.
Missed Delivery:
Except in special circumstances, we require an adult present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect merchandise. If requested, our Delivery Crew will call your work, cell or home number 1 hour prior to delivery. If you are not home to accept the delivery, our Delivery Crew will leave a note that the delivery was attempted. You will be charged a minimum of $50.00 for a second delivery and return trip.
Pick Up Your Order:
If you prefer to pick up your merchandise, inform your sales associate at the time of purchase. If your product is in stock at the store you may take it on the day of purchase. If it is not in stock at the store, allow 1-2 days for a product transfer. You may also pick up your merchandise directly from our St. Paul warehouse located at 550 Atwater Circle (view map). Customer Pick Up is in the back of the building. Use the call box at the gate. Pick up times are:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 8:30 pm Saturday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Sunday: 12 pm to 4:30 pm
Please bring a copy of your sales receipt or your order number with you when picking up your product. Any outstanding payments must be made prior to receiving your merchandise. All payments require verification. Our warehouse staff will assist you in loading your merchandise. Warners' Stellian cannot accept responsibility for securing your merchandise in your vehicle. We cannot assume any responsibility for any damage while in transit. |
