Key Features:
AutoRoastTM - This operating mode is designed specifically for poultry and roasts. The oven sears the item by initially heating to a very high temperature to seal in the flavor. The oven then returns to the desired temperature and cooks until done. This mode increases flavor while reduces cooking and clean up times.
Intensive Bake -Another unique Miele cooking mode, this mode combines conventional and convection cooking systems to provide intensive heat from several directions yielding brick oven results.
MasterChef Functionality -Miele's exclusive operating mode selects the optimal cooking results based on input that you provide. Your personal Masterchef - in your kitchen - at your fingertips - all the time.
True European Convection -Miele uses a pressurized convection system which heats the air in a rear chamber and then quickly circulates it throughout the oven cavity, creating uniform temperatures on every level of the oven. This superior technology reduces cooking times and prevents flavor transfer.
Residual heat Cooking -When using the roast probe, the Novotronics calculate the amount of heat needed to finish the cooking process. If the oven is hot enough to complete the cooking, the oven switches into an energy conservation mode until the item is done.
ThermoClean System - Miele's unique self-cleaning system has an integrated catalytic converter to reduce odors and emissions and a sensor that automatically shuts the system off when the unit is cleaned.
Two Zone Infrared Broiling -Miele ovens offer two zone broiling. The BROILING 1 mode operates the inner element for broiling smaller items. BROILING 2 operates both the broiling element and the top heating element, expanding the broiling capacity.
Time Remaining Calculation -A unique Miele feature. When using the roast probe, Miele ovens will calculate and display the remaining time needed for an item to cook. This takes the guesswork out of meal planning. You'll know exactly when an item will be finished and you can plan the rest of the meal accordingly.
